Playa Pacific is nestled inside Culver City, a charming place with a small-town feel, yet the rich offerings of a big city.  Close to LAX, the beaches, west side, South Bay and downtown LA, with easy access to the 405, 90 and 10 freeways, Culver City’s convenience is unbeatable.

As a separate municipality from Los Angeles, Culver City has its own fire and police departments, typically enabling quicker response times, and a community response team, the Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT).   Unlike some other areas nearby, there is no Mello-Roos Tax in Playa Pacific, making property taxes more affordable.
